By submitting payment to the sponsor shown, you are sending them the first part of the sponsorship fee to become a lifetime member of Pay Randomizer. Upon completion of the payment to the sponsor, you will be redirected back to this website to complete your signup.

This site uses a database and PHP script to randomly select a sponsor's payment ID when the URL is called from a browser. This places the ID into the payment button, and the new sponsor pays the first part of the fee. As stated above, after you have paid the sponsor you are redirected to the admin page to complete your setup by selecting the amount of rotations to add to your database entry. Those members with a higher rotations will have their ID's displayed more often. All members may increase their rotations at anytime by visiting the Upgrade page.

By joining and adding your ID, you agree that you understand fully that the system is completely random and if you select to choose a lower rotation weight that your ID may not be displayed as often as another member who has a rotation weight set to a higher value. You also agree that you understand, not all visitors to the main page that is advertised by us will not automatically choose to join the system. We do not and can not guarantee 100% that all sponsors will receive random payments from the system although all sponsors ID's are rotated and ID's are displayed. We do Guarantee that we will advertise the website consistently.

Please make sure you understand fully the rules about unsolicited advertising. All sponsors who join the system will be issued with a sponsor URL to send their own prospects to join the system via their own payment ID. The URL is issued with your sponsor ID included in the address. You may use this URL to link to from your website, by sending in email messages and sending direct traffic there to. We operate a strict ANTI SPAM policy and WILL DELETE any member instantly that uses their link in any form of unsolited advertising. We take SPAM complaints very seriously and will make NO exceptions to this rule.

You must understand and agree to all the above conditions before proceeding to join. All payments are NON refundable. If you do not agree with these terms then do not join Pay Randomizer. If a member violates any of the terms, your account will be deleted from the system and your membership fee will NOT be refunded.

Do not attempt to cheat our system in any way, by doing so your membership will be deleted.

By joining Pay Randomizer you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. Pay Randomizer reserves the right to modify this agreement at anytime, without prior notification to its members or the public.
